BLamder Privacy Policy & Information Security Standards

Last Updated: September 10, 2026. This comprehensive privacy policy describes how BLamder 3D software products, services, synchronization engines, and digital platforms gather, utilize, store, and safeguard your personal and workspace information.

1

Information We Collect

When you register, install, configure, or use BLamder 3D modeling environments, we gather necessary operational data to supply licensing, real-time collaboration features, asset storage, and customer support.

Account & License Credentials

Includes your legal name, professional email address, studio organization name, workstation hardware identifiers, and active license tier verification keys.

Project File Metadata & Scene Properties

Includes scene polygon counts, shader dependency graphs, render node counts, and viewport settings required for cross-device cloud synchronization. We do not inspect proprietary 3D geometry unless explicitly submitted for technical support.

Diagnostic Hardware Metrics

Includes GPU driver version, CPU core distribution, VRAM capacity, crash dump traces, and Vulkan/DirectX render stack telemetry to address stability.

2

Data Processing & Generative AI Tools

BLamder processes information strictly to maintain runtime performance, authenticate multi-user creative sessions, and improve rendering algorithms.

  • Facilitating cloud asset caching and procedural node generation.
  • Verifying real-time team seats and enterprise floating license distribution.
  • Preventing unauthorized distribution of proprietary plugins and toolsets.
  • Troubleshooting viewport workflow stalls and driver compatibility issues.

Strict No-Training AI Guarantee

BLamder will never use your private 3D models, textures, animations, or CAD files to train public generative artificial intelligence models without explicit, opt-in written consent.

3

Storage, Retention & Asset Encryption

All project data synchronized through BLamder Cloud Vaults is protected with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 protocol encryption in transit across certified data centers.

Retention Duration

Account profiles are preserved during active subscription terms. Deleted cloud projects are purged permanently after a 30-day grace recovery window.

Access Segmentation

Zero-trust internal architecture ensures that BLamder personnel cannot access your 3D assets unless you authorize technical inspection for crash reproduction.

4

Telemetry, Cookies & Local Preferences

We use essential session tokens and non-intrusive analytical identifiers to maintain viewport workspace preferences, UI layouts, and license continuity across reboots.

You can toggle anonymous telemetry submission directly inside the application under Preferences > System > Diagnostics at any time without impacting software features.

5

Third-Party Integrations & Python Plugins

BLamder supports modular workflow extensions, external render engines, and workflow hooks. When integrating third-party tools, your data may be processed according to respective vendor terms.

Third-party Python scripts and custom bridge plugins execute locally inside your sandboxed runtime. We recommend reviewing permissions before loading community extensions.

6

Your Rights & Data Control (GDPR / CCPA)

Regardless of your geographic location, BLamder offers comprehensive data privacy controls for all creators and studio teams:

Right to Access: Request a complete machine-readable archive of all account and usage logs stored on our servers.

Right to Rectification: Update inaccurate billing addresses, seat allocations, or licensing owner details.

Right to Erasure: Instruct BLamder to permanently delete cloud backups, telemetry history, and account records.

Data Portability: Export node configurations, custom hotkeys, and shader libraries in open JSON format.
