Legal Agreement & Compliance

BLamder Software Terms of Service & End User License Agreement

Last Revised: September 10, 2026. Please read these Terms of Use carefully prior to creating an account, downloading software packages, accessing cloud rendering engines, or publishing 3D content through BLamder.

01

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, registering an account for, or executing BLamder 3D software suite, software plugins, viewport accelerators, and related cloud computing workflows, you signify your unreserved commitment to these Terms of Use and all supplementary technical policies incorporated herein.

If you enter into this agreement on behalf of a studio, educational institution, VFX production house, or game development entity, you represent and warrant that you hold authentic authorization to bind such corporate entity to these provisions.

02

Software License Grant & Node Allocation

BLamder grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to run the software binary according to your selected tier (Individual, Studio Team, or Enterprise Multi-seat).

Permitted Uses

  • Production of commercial 3D animations and assets
  • Procedural geometry nodes setup & shader compilation
  • Export to glTF, USD, FBX, and OBJ formats
  • Local real-time viewport ray-tracing execution

Restricted Operations

  • Decompilation or reverse engineering core rendering kernels
  • Unauthorized multi-seat floating license cracking
  • Sublicensing software source packages without written consent
  • Distribution of modified application binaries
03

Accounts, Security & Workstations

Registered users are responsible for safeguarding workstation tokens, API access secrets, and multi-factor credentials. Any workflow process, simulation batch, or render farm dispatch initiated under your profile token is legally attributed to your account.

Should you detect unauthorized license activations or security anomalies in your studio cloud storage space, notify BLamder technical operations immediately.

04

3D Assets, Meshes & Intellectual Property

Your Work Belongs to You: BLamder claims zero ownership over digital geometry, textured characters, high-poly environments, shader graphs, or volumetric simulations generated by you using BLamder desktop or cloud toolsets.

When publishing presets, custom node-groups, or asset brushes to the public BLamder community repository or asset exchange, you grant BLamder a worldwide, non-exclusive license to index, showcase, and distribute those shared items per your designated repository tags.

05

Cloud Compute, Render Farms & Storage Quotas

Hardware acceleration instances, clustered GPU node rendering, and remote asset caching are allocated according to compute credit balances and plan parameters. Render jobs with unhandled memory leaks, malicious script expressions, or recursive dependency loops may be halted to protect farm infrastructure stability.

Compute hours consumed by verified scene execution are non-refundable once GPU rendering begins, except in documented cases of infrastructure hardware failure.

06

Subscriptions, Invoicing & Commercial Usage

Paid tiers renew automatically at the start of each billing cycle unless cancelled through your dashboard management console prior to the renewal timestamp. Prices are exclusive of applicable value-added taxes, which will be charged based on your registered jurisdiction.

Educational and non-commercial trial licenses cannot be utilized for paid studio deliverables, commercial cinematic releases, or retail interactive game titles.

07

Prohibited Conduct & Abuse Prevention

You agree not to utilize BLamder computational clusters for cryptocurrency mining, denial-of-service tests, unauthorized bot networks, distributed scraping of community asset repositories, or transmission of malware-infected Python plugins.

Violations of network security integrity trigger instantaneous token suspension, compute forfeiture, and potential civil reporting.

08

Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The software and services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. BLamder disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, workflow uninterrupted uptime, or compatibility with legacy GPU drivers and experimental third-party shaders.

In no scenario shall BLamder or its software engineers be liable for loss of animation production milestones, corrupt scene files, or hardware depreciation arising from heavy computational rendering loads.

09

Termination & Modifications to Agreement

We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Use as software capabilities and cloud architecture expand. Material changes will be accompanied by an update notification within the application launcher and this web portal.
